My Sauna Sharing Days are Over by Laurie Woltzer

Picture this: You just finish an amazing cardio workout at the gym, you’ve had a long day at work and all you want to do is relax in the sauna at the gym and unwind. However, when you approach the saunas, you notice that they are already occupied with several half naked, sweaty strangers. Now, relaxing and unwinding doesn’t sound so great, does it?

If you’ve ever found yourself in this situation, I’m sure you can relate to the way I felt. After this happening to me four times in a row, I decided to take matters into my own hands and put an end to my sauna sharing days.

I decided to start shopping around for my own personal sauna. I found several saunas for sale at Pc Pools, and the prices were more than reasonable. I decided to look into two person saunas, so that I would have more space and the ability to use it with my husband or daughter.

I decided to go with a two person corner sauna. It was beautiful, and designed to be a space saver. Once I placed my order, I couldn’t wait for it to arrive.

As soon as it arrived, I was able to install it quickly and easily. I didn’t even have to rely on my husband for assistance. Later that evening, after the install was complete, I went to the gym and had a nice, long workout. After I was finished, I noticed that the sauna was jam packed. I smiled to myself and headed home to my own personal sauna. Mission accomplished; my sauna sharing days were officially over.

Since I’ve had it, I find myself wondering how I ever got along without one. Not only is it stylish and convenient, but my sore joints and tense muscles became a thing of the past. Plus, it’s given me the opportunity to release the toxins in my body, so I look and feel better.

My sister, who is also my neighbor, has taken full advantage of having a sauna right next door. She has been using it just as much as I have. In fact, we’ve spent several nights using it together and catching up. It’s nice knowing I can benefit my body, relax and unwind from the comfort of my own home. However, I’ve started looking at saunas to get my sister for her birthday so that I don’t have to share.
