Question: How do I winterize my heater?
Answer: Heaters that are installed in a freezing climate and are shut down for
the winter, please observe the following procedures;

1. Turn gas valve and manual gas valve off. Turn off electrical supply to the
heater (applies only to electronic ignition heaters).

2. Open the drain plug located in the inlet/outlet header, (under water pipes at the
inlet/outlet header).

3. Remove the heat exchanger inspection panel on the side opposite water
piping to gain access to the drain plug on the return header. Open the drain plug
on return header.

4. For heaters made before 1998, with a Pressure Switch Tube Assembly,
(copper tube), You will need to disconnect the pressure switch at the header
Connection. For heaters made after 1998, there is no need to disconnect the
Pressure switch.

How uneven is the deck and what is the deck made out of? A safety cover could be installed if the deck is not too uneven. Could you send pictures and fill out one of our measuring forms, I should be able to get you a quote.

Here is the link to our <a href="http://www.pcpools.com/pdf/SafetyCoverForm.pdf" rel="nofollow">measuring form</a>
You can email the quote and pictures to customerservice@pcpools.com or fax the form to 651-489-2095. Please email the pictures, they usually don't fax well.

If you would like to convert the pool to a beaded liner you will need to get the bead receivers and the beaded liner
Here is a link to our bead receivers, you would need 20 of them according to our chart.
<a href="http://www.pcpools.com/products/beadreceiverkit.html?sku=NL109&id=88" rel="nofollow">Bead Receivers</a>

Our beaded liners each have different costs, you can check them out here. Just click on the pattern and the sizes and prices will open up.

We have a liner to be replaced. Can you replace a 15"x30" lap over with a beaded liner? If so, how much would it cost to change over.

We can have that liner custom made for you, the cost for that size is $404.99 + $8.95 handling fee.
Standard gauge - Pacific Diamond or Caribbean pattern. We do have other patterns available, there may be a cost difference.

Give us a call if you would like to order or if you have more questions. 877-727-6657
Thanks

To Whom it May Concern,

I am in urgent need of a custom pool liner which I am quickly finding is very hard to come by. I am reaching out to liner retailers as well as distributors for any help in locating the right pool liner.

Listed below are the pool measurements and details.

Type - Above ground - round
Diameter - 22.5 feet (yes 22.5 feet)
Bead - Ester Williams bead
Age - approx 15 years old
Height - 48 inches

I have tried reaching out to several different retailers and installers already and so far everyone has said that they do not make or carry a liner that matches these specs.

Once again any help locating a pool liner is greatly appreciated as I'd like to enjoy at least a few days in a nice cold pool this summer.

Thanks,
Ryan
